REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Robinfood, we take pride in the quality of our products. As a premium health-focused brand by Arrikar Foods, we ensure that every packet leaves our facility in perfect condition.
However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for such events.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please email us immediately at info@robinfoodsindia.com or call our customer care number. If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy (Damaged or Defective Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or personal preference.
We only accept returns or replacements under the following specific conditions:
Damaged Product: The package was open, torn, or crushed upon delivery.
Wrong Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.
Expired/Spoiled: The product received is past its expiry date or appears spoiled.
How to Report an Issue: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please send an email to info@robinfoodsindia.com with:
Your Order ID.
Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product.
A brief description of the issue.
Note: We reserve the right to reject return claims if the issue is not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return/cancellation request is received and inspected:
Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days:
First, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
